Hi, I’m Maria
I’m a full-time author with more than thirty novels behind me, published both by Bookouture and independently. I have a teaching degree and an MA in Creative Writing, and I taught these courses in person before bringing them online.
It took me six years to write my first novel, mostly because I was working it all out on my own. I created these courses so you don’t have to.
What my students say
“I have never stuck at a course until I enrolled on ‘Write a Novel in a Year.’ This is purely down to Maria. Maria is full of encouragement and has a way of making you feel like you can achieve anything!”
Beccy, Leeds
“There is something exhilarating about writing a novel, especially when you have someone to turn to. Love this course.”
Lyn, Harrogate
“Maria is a fantastic teacher who knows how to bring the best out in a writer. This is the most rewarding thing I have ever done.”
Yvonne, Knaresborough
